1. When will I receive my order?


-Standard delivery takes about 48 to 72 hours with Colissimo (France only). For Europe, the delivery time is 3 to 6 working days.

If it’s a pre-order, the production and shipping time is clearly stated in the product page.


2. How can I track my package?


-As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email.

We use Colissimo for fast and reliable shipping.


3. What payment methods do you accept?


-All payments are handled securely via SumUp.

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.


4. Can I modify or cancel my order?


-If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us quickly — we’ll do our best to help you out.


5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?


-Yes! You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or an exchange.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.


6. Where do you ship?


-We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union all this at no extra cost
